Workshop Title: Pine Needle and Wicker Fruit Baskets with Louisa Lenz-Porter

Brief Workshop Description: Learn how to make a small pine needle basket from start to finish using colored waxed thread, sinew or raffia. You will hear about different pine trees, on harvesting and drying . You can finish a small basket in two days.
The second basket we can make, in one day, is a wicker fruit basket made from round reed. Good for beginners.

Levels of Experience: Ages 18 and up, beginners welcome

Additional Supplies Participants Must Bring to Workshop: Gloves, hat and a pair of sharp clippers.
